What is Spiritual Energy Healing?

Spiritual Energy Healing is a sacred practice where participants, guided by a facilitator, access spiritual energies, share experiences, and release blockages for holistic healing (mind, body, spirit), often using drumming, chanting, and journeying to restore balance, and gain perspective, rooted in Indigenous traditions.

Purpose:

  • Sacred Space: The circle creates a safe, intentional, sacred space for refuge, grounding, and shared healing energy.

  • Collective Energy: By combining energies, the group magnifies the power for healing, fostering connection and reducing isolation.

  • Holistic Focus: It addresses imbalances across physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual realms, viewing illness as energetic disruption.

  • Shamanic Tools: Often incorporates drumming, rattles, chanting, breathwork, and shamanic journeys to access non-ordinary realities for insights and energy clearing.

  • Indigenous Roots: Draws heavily from Indigenous traditions (like the Medicine Wheel concept) that emphasize interconnectedness with nature and spirit.

What to expect:

  1. Opening: Often begins with smudging (cleansing with smoke) or other sacred rituals (burn paper/crystals)

  2. Sharing: Participants may share challenges in a supportive environment.

  3. Journey/Meditation: A facilitator leads a guided journey, using sound (drums), amplified by other sound healing instruments, to help participants connect with guides or release stagnant energy.

  4. Energy Work: The facilitator works with the collective energy to clear blockages, retrieve lost soul parts, or restore energetic balance.

  5. Closing: A closing ceremony brings the circle back to ordinary consciousness, with integration and gratitude.

In essence, it's a powerful communal ritual to restore vitality and harmony by tapping into spiritual realms and shared human experience, guided by ancient wisdom.
