The Full Moon Ceremony begins with a grounding meditation focused on gratitude, intention-setting, and release. Guests will be guided through some gentle stretching and breathwork before settling into stillness, where they’ll have the opportunity to connect inward and open their hearts to receive the healing power of the full moon and vibrational Sound Healing. These therapeutic sounds and healing frequencies helps to calm the nervous system, realign the chakras, and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Gather in community for a powerful and peaceful reset and celebrate the Full Buck Moon. Cultivate inner peace and spiritual alignment as healing effects, intentions and manifestations are amplified by the collective energy.
