Sign up in person at the Newburyport Community Center to reserve your spot. These sessions will be at 3:00pm, usually on the 4th Wednesday of each month unless noted otherwise, starting in January of 2026. Sound Healing & Meditation is an ancient practice that can significantly enhance well-being, particularly for seniors. I offer educational presentations and group sessions for seniors at times and locations that are most convenient for them (community centers, residences, & long-term care facilities.)
